Do Not Recommend

Cockroaches, dirty furniture, no hot water... My friend and I absolutely regret booking this place. We walked into the apartment on a 90-degree day in Naples; it was disgustingly hot and the manager hadn’t even bothered to turn on the air conditioner in our room. The design of our room was awful, and nothing like in the pictures. Our beds were covered in emojis, honestly it was terrifying and so cheap-looking. This isn’t a 5-star hotel but it’s certainly not priced like a hostel either—so why have you designed it like one? The ugly yellow couches were dirty. The home telephone doesn’t work, so we couldn’t even call a taxi to take us to the airport. The hot water will work for 5 minutes and then it’s gone. The shower head keeps falling and almost fell on my head. Oh and there are COCKROACHES..we discovered them on our last morning, in the shower. Felt so sick that we couldn’t even shower. In short, this place is nothing short of disgusting. I do not recommend it by any means.

A comfortable base for discovering Naples

We stayed three nights in the urban room. We really enjoyed our stay. The room is stylishly decorated and comfortable. The heating worked well in the whole apartment. We liked the comon kitchen and sitting area. It was ideal for breakfast and to chill out after a day of sightseeing. The location is ideal as it is in the historic centre with plenty to see around and lots of dining options. It can be a bit noisy on weekend evenings but it didnt bother us much. We would definitely stay again.

Little gem in the midst of Naples madness

M99 comprises 4 seperate bedrooms and a shared kitchen. We stayed in the Vintage Room which has its own private terrace and is at the back of the building so away from the hustle and bustle. The room itself wasn’t huge but was very clean and comfortable, the only thing lacking for me was a full length mirror. The kitchen was well stocked with tea, coffee, milk, juice and biscuits and was fully equipped. The location is right in the middle of the Historic Centre with lots of historic buildings within easy reach as well as bars and restaurants. Supermarket was next door and a taxi rank about 200 yards from the hotel. Paco met us on arrival and provided loads of useful information about the local area. I can honestly say that he was one of the best hosts I’ve met.

Modern, newly refurbished rooms in great location in old town, close to sites, bars and restaurants. Lovely Monday to Thursday but very noisy outside on Friday night with students partying.

Nice Hotel in Naples

This is a very nice hotel. There are private rooms and bathrooms for each guest. It is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and kind. They really do their best to be accommodating and attentive. There is a communal kitchen that is very convenient. Keep in mind that it is not staffed 24 hours. There is someone to greet you when you check in, so your estimated arrival time must be pre-arranged. After that I was in contact via email with one of the staff members to arrange for car service to the airport and that worked just fine. She made sure that everything went on time for me and she was so pleasant about checking in to make sure all was well. This is more of a place to have a comfortable and spotlessly clean room and bathroom with daily housekeeping service. This hotel is about a block or so away from a main outdoor shopping market with cafes and restaurants, which was so convenient because large parts of the main city of Naples are not at all attractive for walking - especially at night, which really surprised me. This hotel itself though is a nice and price friendly place to stay.

Three nights in Naples

lovely clean comfortable vintage room with terrace ,great for pre dinner drinks and plenty of room if travelling with others .Great location about 15 mins walk from train station and taxi rank on your doorstep .Naples could do with a clean up ,but design room 99 is a little oasis and very safe and quiet .Thankyou

Posizione ottima in pieno centro. Molto gentili i gestori, camera arredata in modo originale e pulitissima. È possibile preparare tè e caffè in una gradevole cucina in comune.
