though not perfect, overall im happy with my stay in Signature Hotel Al Barsha. you feel secured as you need your pass before you manage to go to the floor where you stay. the staffs are courteous (front desk are good in doing their job however would appreciate if being more welcoming by asking simple questions like how's your day - building rapport with the guest is lacking). i really appreciate being upgraded into a deluxe room. it is really beautiful and spacious! my favorite part is the wardrobe area - ambiance is luxurious! the only thing i don't like is the bath tub - the way it was constructed is unacceptable - the sealant on the edge of the tub connected to the glass isn't flawlessly done. and when u are standing on the middle part of the tub, you can feel that it is sinking. and during my first two nights, something bit me twice on the bed. i dont know what it is hut thank God it stopped. there is also a weird smell when you are in the toilet - even if it has been cleaned very well - smells like someone is smoking- I'm not pretty sure if this is coming from the next room. however Kisan has been a pleasant surprise because it's very rare for a room attendant to be more of a conversationalist, friendly and warm. he made sure that everything i need is being taken care of (water, toiletries). very good in tidying up the room. but in times of social distancing, he needs to remind himself so the guest doesn't feel awkward.

Hotel is located conveniently near the metro station and Mall of the Emirates. Check-in was fast, although they have given us a smoking room without confirming it. We called and it was actioned right away and we were given a non-smoking room. The room is very nice and the bed is comfortable. Although we didn't like the bars and clubs located on the 1st floor. The joker bar has a bad smell in it, maybe because you can grill inside. The shisha lounge/bar needs a renovation. We went to the Arabic club which was pleasant although we can hear the noise coming from it during our whole stay. The staff are attentive and the service is fast. Overall, our stay was relaxing and we enjoyed.

They have the worst customer service and vary rude the manager is not there at work the gym doesn’t work every thing was not good it is a vary bad image for Dubai hospitality sector i have never give bellow 4 stars but for this hotel I would give him zero stars
