really good, we spent only 1 evening, to go skiing, there is a free shuttle to go to the nearby slopes and a great onsen available.

Warm and helpful hotel owner
We have booked the shuttle in the wrong hotel and would miss our skiing class, but the owner is so helpful and tried her best to help us. This is a very warm experience and we will remember this when every time we review this trip! I will definitely recommend our friends to this hotel and would like to visit again ourselves as well.

このホテルの最大の良さは温泉です。気配りあふれた快適な温泉が早朝から深夜まで入れるのが最高！！部屋も広い和室でゆっくり休めます。館内（廊下など）は夜中でも明るく保たれトイレに行くにも怖くありません。朝食も美味しかったです。品数も多く、ヨーグルトや納豆などもあり栄養面も大満足でした。不満だった点は、まず館内スリッパ。右足と左足のスリッパが、床に接する面と足に接する面が重なるように組まれており、非常に汚くてとても嫌でした。しかもそれが入口に無造作に積んである様は非常に貧乏くさかった。あと宿泊した階のウォシュレットが壊れていて使えず、わざわざ階下のトイレまで行く羽目になったのはとても不満でした。
