The staff was great, breakfast was fine, and the room was clean, which is why I'm not giving one star. All of the walls are incredibly thin, so you can hear everything happening in the hotel rooms as you walk down the hallway, and then you can hear your neighbors 2 rooms in all directions. Even with earplugs, I could not sleep.

So i got in town little early and will never say Never but can get checked in early i showed up just before 1pm and check in is 3pm i understand if no rooms are available buy it u have a room ready whats the harm us as customers are not even staying a full 24 hrs anyway 3pm check in 11am Check out. Last I checked thats 20 hrs you charge us. Just asking for little customer service. To tell me come back best you can do is 2:50 pm then not even have the room i originally reserved. So the 3PM is a mute point.

Horrible courtesy noise policy yet claims there's security that walks through the hotels often at night. Couldn't sleep due to inconsiderate people and lack of security.

We asked to be moved from our original room as folks upstairs were loud.. receptionist move us to 2nd floor, but again under someone directly above us . . I would think with the hotel having only 12 - 18 guests that it would be very easy to space them out accordingly . . . and why would the receptionist put us in a room under someone after we just asked to move from that circumstance? Love the location of the BW, and rooms are v-good, but staff needs to be more attentive . .

We reserved a 2 bedroom suite with a full kitchen. It did have a microwave, fridge, stove, dishwasher, etc. But there were no plates, silverware, dishes, cups and glasses. The management was amazed that we asked about this. The answer was merely “it is what it is”. I then asked what the dishwasher is for and the answer was no different.

Wonderful Stay, Clean, and terrific breakfast!

This was my second time staying at this Best Western and it was just as great as my first stay last fall. Staff at check in were friendly and quick. I had room 321, a roomy standard king room. I had requested and was given a top floor room. The room was in great condition. Only issue was one of the bedside lamps didn't turn on and I later realized it was unplugged. The room was clean, bed comfortable, AC worked well, as did the fridge, and the TV in this room was bigger than what I remember from first room. I did have an issue in the morning, as around 10:45 there was no hot water in the shower, and the pressure briefly varied, but after about 10 minutes the water warmed up luckily. The toilet also flushes rather violently as the floor shakes! I could sometimes lightly hear neighbors, including their TV's, but by time I went to sleep it was quiet. Breakfast was great, the breakfast attendant is friendly, although she asks somewhat intrusive questions at times. I LOVED their new yogurt machine, it tasted great, and I have never seen that before! I used the waffle toppings to make a delicious yogurt cup! There is a great selection including waffles, omelettes with cheese, tasty sausage (I am usually picky about that), juices, Chocolate Milk (!), and pastries. I didn't care for the potatoes which had a frozen taste. BW was a great value, for a Friday night too! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, it is clean and renovated! Pool still broken though...
