It would have been a perfect experience except at the checkout desk. During the checkout, the receptionist (Charlene Mae) made a threatening statement. If I don't provide a receipt for the deposit that I made for the incidental cost, there will be no refund. Fortunately, I didn't throw it away. If I was informed the day I checked in that I have to render it at the checkout, I would have it available. I thought it was the billing statement, like usually the hotel provides for my record. She had me dig through my luggage to locate the deposit receipt (from the bottom of my laundry). She made a quiet scene at that time.
