Hideaway at Royalton Riviera Cancun Adults Only - All Inclusive

Hotel was great, food was fantastic, works were very nice. We stayed 5 days, 4 nights in a ocean view jacuzzi room. Room was nice, big, and clean. Diamond club was awesome, Roberto took care of our dinner reservations for our whole stay the day we got there, had butler service, and a private lounge and beach bar. Hunter steak house was phenomenal. The steak sauce accented the New York strip in a such a way.. it was impeccable. Beach was great, super clean and servers came over often for drink orders. There is a kids part, a shared part, and a adults only part, don’t really understand what was so hard to get about it with previous reviewers before. They are doing renovations because they were hit with a hurricane. Once again, don’t understand what is so hard to get about that either, it was out of their control. Overall, great experience. Girlfriend and I had a perfect time.

We had the best time ever!!! Thanks to Guadalupe in concierge... He helped with everything from helping plan my partners bday to helping us reservations to their restaurants.

The hotel workers were so nice and polite. The food was decent but the Hunter steak house was the best. Our room was clean and beautiful.

This resort was perfect for our first getaway during the pandemic. All the staff wore masks, but we were never required to, and there was hand sanitizer/ hand washing stations everywhere. You had to make reservations for dinner which was a little annoying because places booked up quick, but the restaurant food overall was great. Room service however since they are doing pre packaged food was mediocre at best. Definitely could use some improvement for the limited room service options. The hotel has a BEAUTIFUL SPA and gym area which we used almost every day. And there were activities like yoga and vollyball going on all the time. The Adult only Hideaway pool did trivia and had music going which was nice. (Tip: the Dorado restaurant when you walk in to the left has better top shelf alcohol available drinks to go ie: don julio) vs whatever well liquor they were using at the swim up bar. They did a great job cleaning up the beach from all the sea grass, we never had a problem...but this definitely isn't teal water white sand beaches if that is what you are looking for. It was great but we spent almost all our time at the pool because it was more fun with the swim up bar and music/activities going on.

The room was huge and very comfortable. Loved the Hideaway--adults only section. Loved that everyone spoke to you in English Food was great service amazing.

Loved the pool and beach volleyball, Henry bartender at Hideway pool and Maserati entertainment staff were AMAZING!! Did not like that there were only 4 restaurants open and we were never informed prior to arriving nor were we offered any kind of discount actually were charged extra to get a room by the pool ☹️

I like the jacuzzi inside the room and the food was good pools are every where and staff is very friendly

I loved it. The property is very well kept and the staff are exceptional. The only frustrating part was having to make reservations to eat at the restaurants and missing out on a few of them because of it. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever. I will definitely be coming back. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Beautiful pools, beach, bars, and excellent drinks. The bell boys, especially Victor, worked extremely hard and helpful. Henry, our main bartender at the Hideaway pool was great! His drinks were the best we've ever had. Also enjoyed working with Esteban & Rodifer at the Hideaway pool. The check in process was extremely long and inefficient. Had to wait multiple hours to get our room # to get connected to wifi, although other guests received their # right away even if their room wasn't ready. Once our room was available, our wrist bands/ room key did not work. We were also disappointed in our service at the Agave restaurant. We were there for 2 hours, waited about 40 minutes to get chips & guac (had to ask another server), and our waitress still took a long time to take our entre order. Also tried using the phone multiple times to get ahold of the front desk and no one would answer.
