Et avstressende sted, selv om vi kom litt nรฆre utbruddet til vulkanen Taal. Vi hadde det fint der. Rommet vรฅrt var nok litt preget av tidens tann, med en stรธyende mekanisk aircondition, men ellers ok, selv om vi ble litt overrasket over รฅ lese de strenge romreglene med dertil bรธter for overtredelser. Customer service was lacking with the lady at check out. She ignored my question and was rude. Maintenance was very helpful to fix issues related to my room. Service at the restaurant and bellboy service was nothing to write home about.

The deluxe room we asked for was basic and should have been a lot cheaper, and we demanded a change. We were still charged most of the cost for the original room, NO SIGN OF GOODWILL! We took 9 family members to this over-rated resort, and NONE WERE IMPRESSED. Our advice, give this place a serious MISS!

Staff are friendly and polite. Fast check-in (maybe because we came in a weekday and lean season). Rooms are clean and well prepared. The breakfast we had is plated and it tastes good. Water activities are at a reasonable price too
