Awesome Experience!
As a first time visitor to Panamá, I can honestly say this hotel exceeded my expectations. It was modern, clean, and had lots of amenities. I ate at the restaurants and went to the casino. The pool area was my favorite!! I really enjoyed the cabanas, poolside adult beverages and food. The pool staff were awesome: Maria and Rene. Kudos to them!
As far as the actual room, it was spacious, modern, and comfy. There were bottles of water and a refrigerator for your convenience. The only minor thing I’d suggest is to vacuum/sweep the room. It wasn’t a deal breaker, since I tend to wear shower shoes and slippers, when traveling abroad. However, it would have helped if that was done. As a solo traveler, I felt safe in the area and walked to the store, as well as Manolo restaurant across the street. There’s a lot in the area of the hotel.
The check in and check out process was very smooth. Also, the COVID testing process was simple as well ($50 fee). The hotel has a doctor that comes to your room to test you. The results are available within the hour. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back to stay here!
