Need to work on their customer service
No customer service! We ordered a double room with breakfast. When we arrived the manager said that Hotels.com made a mistake and that the room price was without breakfast. He said this mistake was something they knew about and asked us to contact Hotels.com by ourselves. He wanted us to pay 300 bath each for breakfast, which is a lot of money in Thailand.
The hotel is difficult to find since the lobby is on the 16th floor. Curtains did not cover the whole window and bathroom was not clean.
