My husband and I stayed for 5 nights and I have never experienced such amazing customer service, 24/7, from everyone. It really was remarkable. When we couldn’t figure out the lights one morning, I called and they were there in minutes! One early morning we stepped out and it was raining a bit and one of the guys ran after us and brought us an umbrella! The location was great for us to get around to most places by foot. Easy to taxi/uber anywhere else! One last thing- the bed was amazing! Super comfortable.

The hotel has a super location and one can walk everywhere. The stay was like being in someone’s residence. Very warm and welcoming snd beautifully decorated. Food and drinks were great.
