The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right by the riverfront. Very nice morning view of sunrise.

Excellent location overlooking the river promenade. Easy walk to main sites and attractions. Larger rooms than normal, and loved the size of the walk-in shower. :-) Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Amanjaya Pancam Suites.

The room was spacious and spotless, situated in a central location with a great rooftop bar. The bar service was outstanding! However, the room was somewhat noisy due to thin windows, and the reception staff could have been more welcoming.

Wonderful hotel, beautiful historic features, very comfortable spacious room, great location, amazing food, fantastic roof top bar with views of river. All staff exceptional, great service friendly and helpful. Location is good, access to markets, lots of other food venues and very convenient for activities.

I stayed this hotel from April 9-11 for 2 nights and I recommend all travelers to avoid staying this hotel. The most of positive rating comments on Google map were posted by local guides.
1. Air Conditioning not properly functioning.
I had book deluxe king size bedroom No. 34. Iturned on air conditioner and waited for 40-45 minutes but room was still extremely hot and uncomfortable.
2. Cigarettes smell inside shower room.
it was supposed to be non smoking room, there were cigarette odors inside shower room. The house keeping lady admitted the smell by saying that “Some guests smoke inside the room even non smoking”.
3. Front Desk problem
Front Desk staff asked me to wait for another an hour as it would gradually got cooler. I had already waited for 45 minutes after turning on A/C and still room was extremely hot. I also explained that I got asthma and showed inhalers and asked clean room.
5. Afternoon, they upgraded my room to No.30 Junior Suite. Air conditioner fine no cigarette smell.
6. Bathtub plug disorder
I used bathtub in the night and found that I couldn’t dehydrate the water even twisting the handle on the bathtub. Plug didn’t lift up. I went down to the Front Desk and asked them to fix it. They fixed it in the 2nd day.
6. Very noisy in the night/rooftop bar
There were roof top bar at 4th floor, and all guests off the elevator at 3rd floor then use stairways to roof tops. Many drunken guests busy on/off and shouting. The bar staffs kept moving empty bottles.
