Room was filthy. Blood on walls, floors filthy, not swept or mopped. Furniture was broken. Had hair between sheets. Smelled terrible. Curtains only hanging on by 4 curtian clips. Did nothing to block light. Wished id taken photos to warn others.

Shady management
Showed up and was told there was no reservation for me and everything was booked. Contacted hotels.com and they verified with hotel that the manager canceled my reservation without reason. I believe this is shady business and should be removed from hotels.com services!

There was a big bug on the floor like a water bug the towels were dingy and needed to be replaced none of them were white the floor was filthy the room looked nothing like the pictures a bed can use more then two pillows for comfort and the bedding was horrible no one wants to lay under hard blankets

Best Hotel Bed Ever!!!!!
The hotel was convenient for visiting family. Room was very comfortable, and the “Futon-style” bed was absolutely the “Best Hotel Bed Ever”!!!!! As a handicapped person, I need to be able to sit comfortably on a bed when getting dressed. For this, the bed surface can’t be more than 22” high! The bed was exactly the right height!!!!

Pictures were so nice, only to get here and have mold in the room, the night stands both broken, also found a blunt next to the night lamp. If you ever stay here bring your own towels! Very much disappointed

Cash Deposit required at check in
At check in they told me it would be a $50 incidental fee witch is normal except they told me it had to be cash. After a little fustration i gave them cash for the incidental fee since i already booked the room for 2 nights and waant refundable, I then ask for a receipt for the cash deposit and they wouldnt give me one and asured me as long as there wasnt any problems i would get it back when i checked out that all i had to do was come to the front desk and they would go look at the room and if everthing was fine i would get my money back. Apom checking out at 530 am i had to call and wake up the manager to go check my room and to give me my cash deposit back.
