CLEAN!
A solid little hotel that met all our needs. What impressed me the most was how clean the entire hotel was. Our room and all the communal places were spotless. Hallways, lobby, pool area - all impeccably clean. The pool was a nice size and could easily allow a large number of guests to use at the same time. We were so surprised to see a sauna! Lots of parking. Nice staff. Good selection of channels on the TV. The breakfast was a little underwhelming, but pretty standard like most similar hotels. The shower head was not great. No setting where you could really rinse your hair well. Still a solid little hotel. Planning to stay there again when are in town next month!

The suite we stayed in was amazing and I definitely would stay in it again! The only issue I had was that the sofabed was missing 2-3 springs, so we didn’t end up using it cause I didn’t feel safe allowing my son to sleep on it (I’m sure it would’ve been fine though) and I did tell the front staff at check out so I’m sure it’ll be fixed in no time! All the staff I came in contact with were very polite, the breakfast bar had great food and amazing staff as well. The pool/hot tub were great and very well maintained and clean, my son enjoyed being down there and had a great time too!!

Bed was very uncomfortable and room smelled like old stale smoke. Probably used to be a room for smokers. If I ever stay there again I'll request a room in the newer section and hopefully the stale smoke smell won't be there.

Mixed bag
The sink in our bathroom had a large, poorly patched crack in it and the carpet has certainly seen better days. Staff are very friendly. Unfortunately we could hear the nearby passing trains all night, so we didn't get the best sleep. Maybe a room on the backside of the building would have been better. Pool area was clean, but the hot tub was more of a warm tub.

I love this hotel. It is very cozy and clean, with great service and amenities. Its the only REAL hotel in Mission BC. The other is a homeless shelter now. Hence you are lucky to be booking here if visiting Mission area, even Abbotsford or Maple Ridge. I would stay here.
