The property could be very special but, looks like the owners have not done any renovations for years. No access to the beach because of erosion. The rooms lacked decor. The buffet was undesirable. Cold food and lack of choices. The staff was wonderful though. Very friendly.

The beach is practically inaccesible, stairs go down right to the water, no beach to walk/stay, the room had the bathroom door loose on the top so you needed to push it up in order to close it, for my 7 year old daughter this was impossible because of the door weight, so she needed help everytime she needed to use the restroom, buildings are old and need maintenance, but all in all it was a good place, at nights, it is so calm that you can enjoy the sea sound and moonlight like no other place in crowded hotel áreas. Food was ok, but service was slow, and not a lot of options to choose from.

Quejas y reconocimientos

Tardaron 50 minutos en llevar mis maletas a mi habitación. Después perdí dos horas más por fallas en la cerradura de la habitación. No cerraba y el técnico del hotel estuvo tratando de componerla, pero no lo logró y tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación. Vi una cucaracha en el restaurante. Sentí un poco de discriminación solo de un mesero que en el momento atendía a su mayoría a extranjeros, pues cuando le pedí una bebida nos vio con desconfianza y pidió que diéramos detalles de nuestra reserva en el hotel. Pero en lo positivo, tuvieron un gran gesto en el cumpleaños de mi hijo, pues le llevaron un pastel, vela y una botarga, y le cantaron las mañanitas. Por todo lo demás estuvo muy bien. En general fue una buena experiencia.

ROBO DEL PRECIO POR LO QUE OFRECE.

La habitacion que se reservo era TODO INCLUIDO, nos dijeron que podiamos entrar a las 12 .Pero la habitación era hasta las 3 pm (estuvimos de acuerod). El TODO INCLUIDO NO TIENE LA COMIDA AUNQUE LLEGUES A LAS 3 pm, puro snack (cena hasta 7.30 pm).. Para ellos todo incluido significa cena , desayuno. Snack de bajisima calidad, la unica proteina son unas minis hamburguesas que son de soya. FATAL. Y SI QUERIAS COMER TENIAS QUE PAGAR $450 POR PERSONA.

Es un lugar donde si quieres ir a descansar y estar con la familia es super recomendable ya que para salir a algun lugar como bares o restaurantes no hay cerca. Pero todo el hotel muy bonito y comodo y el restaurante en los bufet son buenos.
