The apartment is good and conveniently located. The swimming pool is nice. However, the apartment management is unsatisfactory. First, the reception office has been closed when we arrived the apartment at 5:30 pm. After a few calls made, a staff came back to pass keys to us after 45 mins. No one briefed us on anything, not even how to connect wifi in the room. There's no stock of toilet tissues, towel for repenishment. No telephone nor telephone number given for use in the apartment. When checked with the reception office, we were told there's no replenishment service, nor room cleaning during our stay. Being a visitor having a sun & beach holiday for 4 days, how could we bring or buy towel for a daily swimming trip? Toilet issue is just a basic need to human regardless of on a normal day or on holiday. Although we eventually got these after making a few (angry!)calls, it made us feeling unpleasant. If this is not supposed to be provided, I would suggest these information is put in the website, as I think it'd be one of the considerations for hotel selection. Thank you!
