I stayed with my family for a long weekend, we were very comfortable here and able to relax with all the basic comforts of home. They replied very prompt to any questions I had and when my son had realised he had left his phone, after we had handed the keys back, staff were very accommodating and made sure we got it back. I would stay again if I ever return to Dublin and I would recommend to friends and family.

Disappointing - bad value for money
The beds were the worst. Developed serious back pains from the "sudo mattress", and Wifi wan't working. Was promised a fix, and over three days, was never done!
Could have been much better.

debut difficile mais idéalement placé
Il faut savoir qu'il faut demander les clefs de l'appartement à la station service. Personne sur place et nous ne savions pas.Fermé dehors pendant 2 heures!!
Lorsqu'on demandait à la station s'il connaissait la personne; il ne la connaissait pas mais avait les clefs dans une enveloppe!!!
code wifi pas à jour dans la brochure.....

They emailed us with booked parking confirmation, but when we showed up, they said it was full. When I called to sort it out, they said they'd call back in 15 minutes. They didn't call back for 2 hours. Apartment was run down, beds uncomfortable. Would not stay here again.

Great apartment clean and spacious
Great apartment clean and spacious in a great location within walking distance to centre. Lovely quiet gated complex with a bus stop directly outside complex giving access to city centre (o'connell st) and other areas. The owners where fantastic very helpful with all my requests and replied promptly to emails or calls. We got picked up by them from the airport after a late flight for 40 euros and couldn't fault them or the transfer. Received a welcome pack also of cookies milk and water. Great apartment very spacious and clean I stayed with my 3 children 15, 10 & 3 and there was plenty of room for us all. Even a sky box to keep them amused at breakfast. Well equipped and convenient I would definitely recommend and return next time I visit dublin

Owner double booked the apartment.
The owner had double booked the apartment, which we only found out the night before the booking was meant to start. It meant I had to spend all night trying to find alternative accomodation, which ended up costing more and required 3 times the travelling time daily to the venue for our conference. Wouldn't reccomend due to the owner's inability to read booking dates.
