It was great except for the people above me noisee

I accidently crashed a chair near pool, but staff said it's okay, no compensation needed, Am I OK? The room was nice, housing each day, fresh water and drinks each day. We've stayed for 2 weeks, the location was really remote from all activities, but it was my bad. WiFi of decent quality. No bad words about hotel/staff.

Staff is good and location is ok. The bed is a box spring, not a mattress and incredibly hard and uncomfortable and for that reason I would not stay again.

The ambiance was fantastic... It was a high value for money.. but a bit far from places

The only thing is the location.
