The whole environment is Clean, rejoiceful, quiet and staffs are very professional, diligent and courteous. THe food are exquisite, tasty and healthy. The only thing that I would suggest to add is the (Cart service) from the reception desk to the room up the hill to hep with ehe luggage if you arrive at night else it was a glorious and wonderful location to spend your vacations. Definitively a A++ residence hotel in between your dream vacations and the nature and the sea

It is a very good place to relax and disconnect. Positives The grounds are very well maintained. The estate is very pretty. 2 small beaches literally on the grounds of the estate. Beautiful sand and water. Super convenient. Nicely designed swimming pools. Activities on site. One delicious restaurant on site. Air conditioning in the rooms. Facilities to cook your own food and experience the local fruits and vegetables. Nature all round and plenty of hiking paths. Negatives I went when it wasn't busy season. I suspect that at busy season, the place gets packed and the small beaches and the pool are impossible to find space on. The property is quite far east on the island. It makes it tedious to explore Basse terre or the north of grande terre. Phone signal is miserableness. Most of the time: no signal. WiFi was down for 4 days out of an 8 day stay. None was in a hurry to fix it. No real apology. The car park is in the baking sun. No shade. Your car is an oven by 9am. The area near the reception is loud during the day and evenings.

Domaine vaste avec plusieurs piscines. Mais de nombreuses deceptions: -mini club payant et uniquement ouvert 4j/semaines et seulement le matin soit disant a cause du covid -un bon coup de rafraichissement serait necessaire a pas mal de niveaux -propreté des piscines Au prix de la nuitée il y a moyen de vraiment trouver mieux

Jolie résidence, avec de beaux jardins exotiques bien entretenus où il fait bon promener, de belles piscines, un bel emplacement en bordure de deux jolies plages de sable fin. Les bâtiments extérieurs de style créole sont typiques et charmants, par contre les studios auraient besoin d'un coup de rafraîchissement, notamment sur les salles de bain. Au global, un séjour agréable mais gâché par le confinement obligatoire lié au coronavirus...

La ubicación es excelente, así como la infraestructura, los apartamentos permiten un gran ahorro en restauración por la zona, que no es barata. En el aspecto negativo, el sitio es propenso a la masificación por su gran tamaño, aunque repartido por una amplia superficie. En las zonas comunes hay que lamentar los sempiternos programas de animación, con música alta que impiden la tranquilidad.

Établissement très sympa pour les vacances au calme. Proche de Saint Anne et Saint Francois. Petit problème avec la demande de départ tardif car nous n avons eu la réponse négative définitive que la veille au soir alors que nous avions fait la demande depuis le premier jour.
