Small uncomfortable room but excellent polite staff. Too expensive for value.

Great location and nice staff

This hotel is close to the main station. I read some reviews so I thought this hotel is new and clean but actually, this hotel room is old and walls are thin so I heard other customer ‘s noise so much so I couldn’t sleep well .

Very clean and staff was nice. Just very small room for a couple with 2 large luggage. I could not open my large suitcase on the floor. Price was very good. Close to the station.

Convenience, the location is good where the hotel is about 3-4 mins walk from Hakata (JR)station (shopping: 2000/2130 and dining until 2400) . Room is small but acceptable for short stay. Staffs are friendly and helpful. If you take airport bus to hotel, after getting off the bus, only few minutes walk and cross the zebra crossing then you can see. Toilet facilities for ladies at the lobby is excellent.
