Dirty! Horrible maintenance and cleanliness.
The two clerks at the front desk were the only thing that saved this stay. The young lady when I checked in was great and the gentleman during the evening was good as well. Both were friendly. I checked into the first room there were no blankets or sheets on the bed. There were covers but they were unfolded and in the window. There were folded sheets on the counter. It was hard to know if they were clean or not. I went back down to the front desk and informed the clerk. He went to laundry room and brought back clean sheets. I feel that when you pay for a room you shouldn't have to make a bed when you arrive. I went back to the room and observed the room was even dirtier than I thought. By this time it was after midnight and I needed to be up at just after 5:00 am. The gentleman did get me into another room that was less dirty. It was dusty. there were crumbs and a little bit of some type of wrapper on the floor on the
floor. The sheets appeared to be dirty. The bed had a giant dent in it but I settled at this point. Breakfast was horrible with almost no selection. As said before the desk crew in the evening was the only savior.
