We stayed for 4 nights and booked 2 suites for our family. While the location and front desk staff were great—always welcoming, polite, and accommodating—there were several aspects of the stay that left much to be desired.
1. Breakfast: The buffet was exactly the same every day during our stay. The breakfast staff didn’t seem very engaged or attentive. They didn’t clear or reset tables after initial seating, and plates weren’t replenished in a timely manner.
2. Room Amenities: The rooms had touchpad controls for curtains and lights, but they were unreliable—working sporadically, which was frustrating, especially at night.
3. Water Pressure: Shower pressure was decent, but the bidet was essentially unusable due to extremely low pressure. It felt like the water flow to some fixtures had been intentionally reduced, likely to conserve usage.
4. Air Conditioning: The AC had difficulty keeping up with the outside heat, and the room never felt consistently cool or comfortable.
5. Access to Dubai Mall: While the hotel advertises proximity to Dubai Mall, it's a solid 20–25 minute walk. Once you reach the air-conditioned walkway from the metro, it’s a pleasant walk, but there’s a short outdoor stretch between the hotel and the metro station. The hotel is not fully connected to Dubai Mall, so be prepared for a bit of walking—great if you’re looking for some light exercise
