no parking space. advised as 5 star resort hotel, but near by lake was just a pool of moody water. Food was just ok. Local crab turned out to be frozen crab. Shrimps were not deveined. 第一次來入住煙波飯店，竟然遇到租借特殊枕頭還有限時間租借的規定？因為房間枕頭太軟，想詢問是否有沒有記憶枕或乳膠枕，櫃檯回覆只有在20:00-22:00之間可以租借！難不成要旅客為了租借記憶枕或乳膠枕，特地要在20:00-22:00之間回到飯店一趟？真的很不會變通！

此次帶著孫子、孫女入住香榭館的7334房，雖說4點才能入住、但！2點半到達飯店後、可以先掃描到入住號碼、便可利用等待時間帶小孩到地下室的遊戲區玩、設施很多、泳池很大、人也是很多。看到每個設施都很多孩子、個個都玩瘋了⋯⋯開心的很。進入房間、很乾淨、舒適，住了二夜三天、孩子們玩得很開心、二天的早餐也是很豊盛美味。花樣很多。房務阿姨很用心幫忙整理房間、也很貼心喔⋯⋯ 很推薦大家可以帶孩子來渡假的飯店。
