Absolutely never again
This is definately a case of you get what you pay for, the rooms are so outdated compared to the photos on the website it is almost criminal. Do not beloeve the heavily discounted price this is a $30 a night on it’s best day, neither believe the claim on the website the building was buil in 2012 as it clearly is much older than that - I feel absoluetly cheated by inaccurate photos & claims on the website!!! There is also a new complex of beer bars right outside the hotel so don’t expect to sleep before 2am. It was so bad I checked out after 1 night foregoing 3 nights as a cancellation as I couldn’t get out of this place quick enough.

central to bars food and markets
overall it value for money close to shops bars and transport but is located right next to bars can be noisy until 3am some nights
It's cheap hotel in price but it's not nice and not clean and also very old and need lots of amandemnt and repairs.

Very bad and no one cares
First thing is I am a non smoker and selected this place online because they listed non smoking for the room I took. Well sadly I entered the room and it was a foul strong smell of cigarettes. I saw a ashtray so I head back to the desk in an elevator that works when it wants and goes to random floors up or down. Getting to the desk , nicely I ask for a non smoking room she says that the online app is not correct and all rooms are smoking. I ask for my money back and was told I can have it but not all of it. Why you are the liars not me. Also the room had ants every where the floors are never moped every edge and corner had a pile of caked on dirt. Don't waste your money here

pour trouver l hotel a par de prendre un taxi si non impossible de le trouver quant on arrive a pattaya
le personnel propose internet payant
les drap sont pas changes tous les jours le champion et savon souvent oublier linge de douche use ainsi que les drap
le ménage fait vite fais
quartier très bruyant
piscine utilise par le personnel et leur familles pas de relaxe juste chaise
j ai attrape une otite l'eau de la piscine pas traite

L'albergo non è nuovo. Le foto non corrispondono alla realtà. La zona è piena di go go bar e si riesce a dormire dopo le 3 di notte.

Don't stay here.
Awful cheap hotel. Should be $30 / night. So many mid rise new hotels in Thailand. This one was finished out on the super cheap.
