Nice basic hotel in heart of London

Quite difficult to find as it wasn't in an obvious place and I wasn't familiar with the area. I was however pleasantly surprised with the size of the room and facilities within it. It was lacking a bit decor wise, needed updating ( I particularly disliked the chandelier) . Nevertheless it had most things you could want and additional items such as an iron were on offer. It wasn't completely accessible up a number of flights of stairs so some may struggle. It was near shops and transport so easy to get to and from a number of areas.

SCAM HOTEL - Bedbugs & Verbal Abuse. Stay Away

it’s a complete scam. were met with one of the worst experiences imaginable. When we arrived, another guest was already in the lobby, upset and showing what she said were bedbug bites all over her arms. That was the first red flag. Our own room was disgusting — the mattresses were stained, the floors were dirty, and there was visible dust everywhere. It clearly had not been properly cleaned. We raised this with the staff, and instead of helping, they became hostile and aggressive. The language used was both offensive and highly inappropriat, and made us feel completely unsafe. They offered a second room, but it was in the same filthy condition. We had no choice but to leave the hotel — and despite everything, they refused to refund us. we were forced to book alternative hotel at our own cost within hours of arrival. I can’t believe this hotel is allowed to operate, let alone be listed on a platform like Hotels.com. Avoid this place at all costs. You’re better off sleeping in your car.

O hotel é muito antigo com escadas muito íngrime quem tem mala sofre muito fora que não tem limpeza nas áreas comuns, um aspecto de sujo mesmo! O quarto do mesmo jeito os lençóis encardidos demais pareciam que nem eram lavados quando alguém sai . Péssimo ! Não recomendo.

Had a good stay, and the location was good, but felt the pictures were nicer than the actual room. Also there was no elevator or air conditioning. They did provide a fan that was really helpful during the summer heat. Other than that the staff was helpful and the stay was good.

Twin bed standard for one night

Nice place for fast visit. Walking distance from Apollo Victoria theatre and Pimlico underground station. Nice staff but rooms outdated.

Terrible experience, we don't recommend this hotel at all. No AC, bathroom was leaking, toilet was broken. We booked a room with 3 beds, received one bed + double bed. It couldn't be worse.

Terrible Accommodation Experience

I am an Australian citizen, and I had a terrible experience during a recent business trip where I had to stay overnight at a hotel in London. When I arrived, I found the room unclean and in complete disarray (see attached picture). I immediately complained about the lack of cleanliness, but the customer service representative was arrogant, threatening, and bullying, dismissing the issue as a mere mistake. When I pointed out the poor service, he began shouting at me and using abusive language. At no point did he apologize for the unacceptable state of the room or his behavior. As we had already paid for the room and had limited time due to an evening business meeting, we had no choice but to stay there for the night. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel to spare themselves the unhygienic rooms and appalling customer service that we were forced to endure. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Didn't expect much for half the price of hotels in the area but broken furniture, old(maybe new) mold spots in the bathroom ceiling. But what is worse was that when we tried to ask for a fan (it was like 100+ *F in the room) initially, there was some hesitation in finding one but the housekeeper was helpful to find one from one of the empty rooms. It was extremely hot that I went to front desk and if possible to temporarily borrow another fan(there were three of us in the room and the first 12inch fan was old and didn't really give much air) she said no but to wait for the manager that will be there in 3 hours but she had two fans in her office and one of them WAS NOT IN USE! In the back of the room there was a note to ask them for anything to keep our stay comfortable but obviously they don't really care. Worst ever hotel stay and we've stayed in hundreds of hotels.

Pathetic - dont ever visit

Estancia agradable.

Estancia agradable. Me gustó porque está cerca de la estación de metro, Pimlico, que es la línea azul de Victoria. Estás cerca del centro de la ciudad. La habitación era pequeña pero cómoda.

It was clean and convenient but a little tired. We had a small twin room with a tiny shower room and separate toilet. No toilet roll, we had to ask at reception. Only one pillow each, we managed to get 1 more between us from reception but the hotel was full so there were no other spares! BTW reception was 4 doors down the road and the planes start flying overhead at around 5am.

Pleasant. Great location. So many stairs but manageable. Old building but with everything you need for a couple of days only

Health and safety death trap!

The location is the only positive of this hotel. Spread over 2 buildings 3 doors apart. The receptionist was rude and disinterested . Our booking clearly said bed and breakfast but they don't even do food. Our building was very tatty with thread bare carpets and wallpaper peeling. If you are offered room 216 just say NO. Bathroom mould growing in many places, heated towel rail not heated and falling of the wall, cupboardunder sink dirty and uncleaned. Not to mention no hot water in the shower. Bedroom no better, plugs not working or covered as unsafe, ceiling light falling down,sash window so unsafe you could easily fall 3 floors to your death, pictures held together with sticky tape, no spoon to go with your cups, carpet had never seen a hoover and the dust in the radiator was unreal. Save your money and stay at home. This place should be closed down for safety reasons!
