Fantastic location and lovely boutique hotel.

We had an amazing stay - great location with very friendly staff. The hotel is right next to ‘Japan Town’, lots of convenient stores nearby and street stall food vendors outside (delicious beef noodles). The decor and style of the hotel was very in line with the locality. Everywhere was walking distance as you’re in the hub of District 1. There’s also a local shopping mall nearby with lots of food options and a supermarket (recommended by the hotel concierge). They also knew we were celebrating our anniversary and gave us a complimentary bottle of Vietnamese red wine to celebrate. We loved our stay!

Excellent staff. They have a 24 hours reception with a very well mannered staff, always ready to help at anytime. We requested our rooms to be cleaned while we were out, they were super quick. Also a good balance of breakfast, meat and veggies are proportionate and they refill it in a timely manner. The location is at the center, in an area surrounded by restaurants, and the price for the 2 nights we stayed was very affordable. 11/10

Amazing front desk staff

Normally I would primarily focused on comfort, location etc however I must say that staff in the hotel are absolutely amazing. I would like to name one person in particular Pham Thu Hang. She went beyond her duties quite literally. I needed assistance and she made me feel like someone really cared about my problem. I will definitely be back. I definitely recommend this hotel as it is situated in good area of Little Tokyo.

The staff was friendly except for the person who did the breakfast buffet, who kept the buffet room at an uncomfortable 30 C. The beds were too soft and the quilt too heavy. My back hurt from sleeping on it. The room temperature was hard to keep at a good level and always seemed too hot or cold.

The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful! Their service was great and I give them a star for their assistance. However unfortunately the hotel itself was awful, there was a strong smell of cigarette lingering throughout the hotel, and the window was broken and jammed open. Not to mention the air conditioning wasn't working in my room, I'm not too sure if its because it was 35 degrees Celsius and the window was stuck open or if it was the "Check Filter, Service Required" message. The hotel was very noisy and you can hear all the plumbing, your neighbours and road noise. I was pretty unimpressed and sadly checked out as soon as I checked in as I felt unsafe at this establishment.

The property is located adjacent to the bustling Japan Town which stays active from noon to 3am - understand that this activity is normal. If you don't want that, choose another option. The staff is amazingly helpful, respectful, and always willing to help. Breakfast was simple and fresh. The room was spacious by US standards. If there was a complaint it was the tub water pressure, but it wasn't terrible. Everything was clean and updated, nothing seemed like it could be better. I'd definitely stay here again and highly suggest it if you desire a place in this area.
