Everything is very dirty because no body is staying in. The access is only by boat. The swimming pool is broken and not allowed to use, difficult to get hot water, no wifi service, but they landed us a hotspot. Everything is very old and decadent and breaking down... the people is nice and try to help as they can. The location has difficult access, alway dependent of the boat and lifts. Breakfast is very poor- no buffet as they mention. We were the only guests for 38 accommodations. Very old resort... beautiful only in pictures! I would rate as 2 stars because of the view, stunning over the Mekong river

Séjour très agréable
Cadre vraiment magnifique et calme.
Chambres spacieuses.
Personnel au petit soin.
Nous y retournerons sans aucune hésitation.

Nice Resort Hotel with Great River Views
The hotel provided free airport shuttle service and free boat ferry service. Yes, you have to cross the Mae Khong river to reach the hotel which is on the opposite site of the town area. The hotel could accommodate a medium-size conference. I went there for a conference and stayed 5 nights. The breakfast was OK but food at the hotel was limited. I was informed that most guests eat outside or bought food from the town. The staff was excellent. They were very helpful. The scenery from the hotel is super. From the hotel you have great views of the Mae Khong river. This is something that definitely beats other hotels in the town.
