Great location, across from Greenbelt in Makati.
It’s walkable, about seven minutes, to a 24 hour McDonald’s and The Sunday Market @ Legazpi Village, which is a farmers market that sells food & items from different vendors only on Sunday mornings. WiFi was weak when I was trying to download the Grab app, but front desk helped me get a ride to the airport. The location and the price are reasons I would book here again @ The Charter House.

Charter House never disappoints. I’ve stayed here many times and am always very satisfied with their price, cleanliness, great service. I enjoy staying here since it’s across from Greenbelt Mall which is one of my favorite mall. Their room service is quick and the food is fresh, clean and very good.
