Chic, Clean, and Comfortable

My stay at the Adlers Hotel was incredible. The room was perfectly clean, and had a very chic style. The bathroom had heated tiles, a waterfall shower head, and extra toiletries. The bed was very comfortable, and waking up to a mountain view is just breathtaking. The staff was very accommodating. I was able to leave my luggage during the day, and any request I had they promptly met. I plan to stay here for all future visits to Innsbruck.

perfect hotel for vacation

Perfect hotel. My room is overlooking the mountainous side of Innsbruck. I tried multiple times the top restau. All instances, great food. Will definitely visit again. Their spa amenities are great Too!!

Great views!

What a view from the room and the restaurant/bar! Absolutely stunning. Our room was on the 7th floor. All the staff were extra friendly, but especially Francesco at breakfast who makes an excellent espresso. Would strongly recommend staying here.

Great hotel with a very nice roof top terrace

A great hotel with a very nice top roof terrace. They are serving great drinks and great food as well. Our Rom had a fantastic panorama window. It is a little bit sad that the train station are next door neighbor.

Excellent room with a landmark view of the city and mountains. Good breakfast selection and decent location next to the train station (can hear the train sometimes) and shopping mall. 10 min walk to the old town so not really a problem. Parking access was quite tricky as it's on the side of the building and there is no arriving area for hotel guests (access through the parking lift).

This hotel was lovely and the panoramic views were amazing. My only complaints are about the front desk and restaurant. We attempted to call three restaurant from our room six times after they opened on Thursday and no one ever answered. I finally went to the desk in person to inquire about a reservation and the attendant told me to just go up. So we all get dressed and go, only to be looked at like we're crazy for not having a reservation and told they're busy.

Excellent hotel!

This is a beautiful hotel just a short walk from the train station and old town center. The views from the room of the mountains are breathtaking! The only issue is that there are 3 train tracks that run below the building. We were on the 7th floor and could hear the trains come by when the tv was turned off.

The view from the room its just amazing you see the mountains and this landscape view, room its nice but a few a points i didnt like how its possible that with the price of the room you have to pay another 18 euros for the parking doesn't make any sense, and the breakfast one day was 20 Euros per person and then the other day was 27 didn't get that aswell, the staff on the restaurant of the hotel really good, overall i can say it was more good than bad, but this 2 things really annoy me
