This place was roomy, elegant, comfortable and luxurious. We loved the amount of space, the beds, and the location. We would definitely stay here again! One word of warning- be prepared for lots of stairs

Great location and rooms are very clean. Very comfy bed and service are great esp breakfast ! The only defects is the hot water supply at 2nd floor is not stable and hot water will suddenly become cold. Hope owner can look into that. Other than this the room is nice

We stayed here for 3 nights and overall the apartment is a great size with a nice mezzanine bedroom level in a really good location close to the stop for the water bus to/from the airport. Our main gripe is we had no hot water for the first 2 nights which was really disappointing. We raised the issue a total of 3 times and the host, Matteo, did his best, but I don't really expect to have to fiddle with radiators and boilers to get things working. In a indirect way we were accused of turning off all the radiators which is why the hot water wasn't working (we hadn't even touched them). Housekeeping couldn't get it working after fiddling with the fuse and boiler but by the time the technician came it was working again of its own accord. Matteo said he'd speak to the owner as we weren't happy with the situation but we never heard anything back from him which is really poor customer service. We were checking out the next day so he probably knew he wouldn't see us again as they're only there from 2.30pm-6pmish. Even when the hot water did work for the last day, the hot water went through a cycle from hot --> cold --> hot --> cold etc.. Overall this apartment could be perfect! But unfortunately from our experience we wouldn't recommend it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay; only regret is that it was too short. Ca' Marielle was lovely for our family of 5 - clean, spacious and located on a quiet street with a caffe bar a few steps from the door. If you don't care to have your morning caffe at the bar, I would suggest ordering the in-room caffe & pastries. We did not use this option, but the trays looked & smelled wonderful! The apartment was spotless & beds were all comfortable. Matteo greeted us promptly upon our arrival and was very helpful.
