What a lovely place to stay! Location superb and the hotel was super clean and pleasant. Staff very friendly - would definitely stay here again.

Stay was very good - getting there was hard.

The apartment is located in a very good place where tourist attractions are nearby and a supermarket(REWE) is just 1 min walk. The room was clean and big enough. Kitchen and cooking equipments were included so we could cook our dinner and breakfast ourselves. The most disappointed thing is that air conditioning was not installed in the room. Since we arrived at the time heat wave just passed, it was not easy to stay without air-con.

Amazing everything we needed

The rooms have seen a lot of ware and rigour. Torn carpets, scuffed walls, mould in the bathroom take away from the good sized rooms and location.

Great property, was not listed as VIP, but is better than 2 VIP hotels I stayed in on the same trip. Wet close to Harbor and the notable church of Hamburg...

The hotel is well situated close to a train station, the ElbPhilharmonie and the old Hanseatic port. We had a spacious "deluxe" room facing the restaurants on the street. It was lovely to have breakfast there in the morning sunshine. In the evenings, we closed the bedroom window to cut down on any sounds from the street. The kitchen was well equipped for a short stay. Note that they only clean the room every three days - you need to wash dishes daily to have enough for the next meal.
