The room was absolutely disgusting. Bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. There was trash around the room and under the bed. Hair in the fridge and microwave. Just gross.

Not clean at all. Sheets were stained. The overall condition of the hotel was poor. Exterior doors didn't work, TV didn't work, pictures falling off the walls. Front desk clerk was very friendly but everything else was sub-par.

The location to Rainsville was good. Everything was close by that I needed.

Reserved non smoking room...... got smoking room Carpet was disgusting and coffee maker didn’t work

This place used to be pretty nice and we have stayed here many times. However, the condition and cleanliness of the rooms have declined over time. I don’t think I will stay here again.

Definitely not a very clean room and it was a smoking room but had a strong cigarette odor. But the staff was nice. It did the job of being a place to stay in town.

Room smelled like smoke. My little Morkey found something under the bed , ate it and got sick. I went there to relax and lay around the pool. When I got there and checked in I asked where the pool was, they informed me it was not working.It didn't say anything about that on the website. Showed a picture of a sparkling clean pool. I was going to stay two days and only stayed one.

Definitely was not what we were used to limited staff and was not clean

This hotel was disgusting. There was old dried urine on the base of the toilet & on the back along with dirt & pubic hair. My grandson found an old piece of chicken, a cup of noodles cup & a birthday hat under the bed. I requested housekeeping twice but all they did was ask me for dirty towels & hand me clean one. I made the beds & took out the trash myself. Tried putting me in an either/or smoking room which smelled like Guns-n-Roses partied in it after I requested a non-smoking room.

Room was nasty and floor & bed skirt had something on them. Required 50.00 deposit with cash payment of room but would not give me a receipt for the 50.00 deposit.
