Weekend get away

The room as a very good size with a comfortable king size bed. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Free breakfast with a nice selection for something to eat.

Good with minor issues.

Check in was fine until we got to our room to find that it was inhabited. The front desk was shocked but very kind to put us in another room in a timely manner.

We needed a place to stay on our way home from a vacation. From the outside appearance, we really didn't know what we were in for, but the room was really nice and clean. Staff was friendly

Never schedule again

Air heat not working. Went to office and she said maybe batteries were bad. She gave me the wrong batteries, had to go back and change again. Charged $3 for one 12oz diet coke, was flat and had 2 mos expired use by date. Low water pressure in shower. No elevator to second floor. Too many stairs. $366.88 for two nights with no cancelation or change.

Absolutely horrible place to stay!

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone ever! The front desk person was so rude when I was asking a question, refused to listen to me & sent me on the way. My young son & I we got to our room the lights were so dim you could barely see, it was all tile flooring (no carpet) that was dirty & ice cold-bathroom lights flickered for a good 5 minutes after being turned on, heater made a horrible loud crashing sound every time it turned on. There was only one lock on the door, no additional security mechanisms-there were people yelling & fighting outside and people being so loud throughout the night-I felt the need to put the bench in front of the door to make sure nobody could get in. Between the loud/yelling people & the heater banging I got no sleep. I had to leave a day early because my daughter who was playing in a softball tournament there was hit in the head & suffered a concussion & when I tried to explain this to the front desk clerk the night before she refused to listen it help me…I was glad I didn’t have to stay another night in that room! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Very old & lots of little problems especially for the price. Outlets near the bed didnt work to charge our phones. Internet & wifi was so slow we couldnt connect. Water damage alon the ceilings. The whole place needs a renevation. No continental breakfast & no pool. Only thing good was location & proximity to restaurants & shooping.

I'd rather sleep in my car then stay here again

The only thing was nice was the pillows. They advertise they clean the rooms everyday which they don't. Bed is stiff and ice machine doesnt work. Cheap "breakfast" which was ziplock baggies of plain cheap bagels and pop tarts and muffins. Ice machine doesnt work which is the third hotel I've stayed at in this town where half of what they advertise isn't true. Over priced crap. For the price at other hotels around the country you get way better service and actual food for breakfast.
