Not happy

I asked for two rooms next to each other and was given rooms on different floors . I also asked for rooms with one king-bed and given rooms with two queen's. I am a silver member so dont know why this happened . But not happy.

WORST SERVICE EVER

Bad service and a non sense of solving troubles (first 3 days we had not internet connection in our rooms)

WiFi was horrible. Staff in indoor restaurant was horrible. Hotel is a little dated but has a nice view

Obviously, Covid-19 has seriously impacted how hotels must do business, and this one is no exception. The rooms were 'stripped down' - no more in-room fridge, coffee maker, alarm clock, iron/board. The bar was closed and the restaurant was 'breakfast only' and that was 'hands off'. The staff is diligent about maintaining Covid safety precautions mandated by the government, which is good. It is the only way things can be right now. We are pleased that they have re-opened and that they are taking all these precautionary steps. The location is still great, the staff (those of whom are still there) continue to be conscientious, the beds are comfortable, and the showers are awesome. With any luck the hotel will be able to continue to function at this minimal scale for the duration of the Covid crisis. Once the crisis is over, which it will be one day, we have no doubt the hotel will once again add all the amenities they have been forced to temporarily discontinue. Until then, we are willing to put up with a bit of inconvenience. We have to continue to support businesses which are struggling to stay open during this awful time.

I arrived very late at night, and the staff was very helpful, made my registration super easy (even when the Covid-19 restrictions were enforced); to top it off, when they brought me up to my room, I opened the curtains and my view was just stunning ... simply amazing! In fact, the view of my room is the one showing on the picture on the website, with the 2 queen beds and the city skyline. IT’S NOT A PHOTO, IT’S REAL AND IT’S BEAUTIFUL! ☺️

Las instalaciones están hermosas, es un hotel agradable. Lo único que no agrada es la limpieza de la piscina, esta un poco sucia, ademas parece incorrecto que el personal que limpia la piscina eche el Cloro, con personas dentro de la piscina, muy mal eso.
