Excellent location. Rooms are bit dated but good for the price! Clean rooms and bathroom

The only issue was noise from restaurant upstairs, which made it impossible to sleep, this was do to a party, but it was more from when restaurant was cleaning up and dragging chairs and tables across the floor, this would also happen in the morning. I thought it was from breakfast area, but it was not, no one eating breakfast, and sure enough the noise was present there also. The staff tried to rectify the situation,but you never get that lost sleep back. Be aware staying In the suites below la terazza

The staff was knowledgeable and accommodating, and the location is perfect, right in the heart of the town. Staying here overnight made our visit to San Marino far more rewarding than if we'd come on a day trip.

Loved the location. My room came with a great view of the valley. Terrace restaurant has very good meals, great staff and another fantastic view. Overall a very good value.
