Azul Ixtapa Grand All Inclusive Suites & Spa

The rooms are great they have a jacuzzi the staff was great and friendly the view from the rooms is incredible, my only suggestion is that the hotel should have a covid 19 testing center like most of the big hotels.

Staff are very attentive and friendly. They greeted me all over the property asking how I liked the stay. The activities were nice too. I also liked property cleanliness. Food options good too. I eat veggies a lot and their was a veggie options at all 3 meals, and the desserts and pastries were delicious. I also loved my suite and view.

Beautiful, good value, militant staff

The property is gorgeous. The Covid precautions were a little over the top in my opinion. Someone valet parking my car isn't going to spread Covid......LOL. The room is well appointed and the bed was super comfortable. Biggest inconvenience is their visitor policy. I was there visiting friends and they were unable to visit me in my room without my paying $100 for them. If you are looking for a quiet getaway this is not the place. It was packed with families and I had the joy of a screaming toddler in the room next to mine.

Fantastic staff and property. All rooms have the most gorgeous view of Ixtapa bay and island. This is my third year in a row enjoying this resort as an escape from our winter weather. Every day was 84 degrees and sunny. Amazing!

Very clean, all employees were so friendly. We did have a language barrier with a few but all were able to find someone to help. We would be happy to come back. Wish there was a beach in front of resort but we checked out other beaches in thr area. Food was great as well.

I was at this resort in 2020 and thought it was one of the best I’ve been at but COVID and a change of management has taken its toll on it . It is still clean the service is still very good but the buffet restaurant needs to be fixed by management with regards to additional staff being added to the behind the counter service as don’t expect to eat hot food because you can’t find people to give it to you . When I brought it up yhe the manager on duty he shrugged it off saying he pretty much knows what he is doing and was more concerned about my room number for some reason . It is clear to me this resort could be a definite 4-5 star again if the management would take some advice and fix the problem because the staff are all working under stress and scared to say anything or they will lose their job .

I didn't like the additional $1000.00 I had to pay for an error I didn't make. Uncleaniness of first room Second room was maintaned much better. Food was good. Very friendly staff.
