What a great hotel nice big clean room with balcony. 150 meters from the beach in a quite street and thoroughly recommended.

Hotel was ok, great location 3 minute walk from beach and excellent restaurant at end of the street (surf kitchen). WiFi didn’t work a lot of the time and the bed wasn’t the best with ants always on it. It’s a new hotel but it’s got a few issues.

Location O.K. had a nice small balcony ,staff friendly . The aircon is insufficient , takes long time to cool a hot room down , this aircon is not brand name ,never saw such a product in the last 20 years in Thailand. My long experience in Thailand is , that 1-4 star Hotels never take care aircons very good , means a yearly check and clean the filters , this cost some money ,thats the reason...
