Although we reserved a handicap accessible room, hotel staff had to change room assignments so that a disabled family member could be placed in handicap accessible room with shower stool. The hotel is in the process of being renovated (furniture was stacked in lobby, floor trim missing in common areas); there were no issues with our room.
