Everything was amazing, nice and friendly staff, the food was just beautiful fresh fish every day, this hotel is perfect for relaxation and quite. We rented the 4x4 quade and the sand dunes some of the best. Overall great stay.

I didn't appreciate that i had booked 2 rooms next to each other, and it took 3 hrs after check in to get one of the 2, rooms. Finally got my room about 6pm After that incident i really taught it was going to get worse but to my surprise everything else went smooth, we booked a trip to the sand dunes and the guide was really good. We enjoyed the pool and the beach.

Nice hotel in a laid back beach town. Best hotel on the strip and town. Very empty this time of year and basically only people on the beach. The dune experience close by is great.

The hotel staff was very attentive to our requests and questions. The facility was well maintained.

We enjoyed our stay at Artisan. The staff is awesome! The facilities are great. Although the inside pool was being remodeled, we really enjoyed the other facilities. This was our second time to stay there.

El hotel esta bonito, la atención del personal excelente. Solo considero mejorar en 3 puntos: 1.- Requiere mantenimiento (que supongo por la pandemia es difícil y lo entiendo) 2.- La alberca estaba muy sucia, aunque al otro dia temprano la limpiaron (supongo por ser viernes y por la pandemia) 3.- Debería haber comunicación eficiente entre el hotel y el spa, ya que son dos empresas diferentes y aunque aparte mi cita en recepción, el spa NO la respeto porque según ya tenia otra.
