Place was so central to what we needed so was perfect, clean and quiet. Parking wasn't great and did add extra costs to the trip but otherwise would happily stay again when we visit again.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. Location was very good, within walking distance of the bus station and “the walls”. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and a grocery store across the street. The automated check-in worked well and staff replied quickly (email) to answer any questions.

I was very impressed with our stay, I have actually booked next year already! Having some slight trouble with late checkout, I contacted the owner who went out of his way to help. The location was perfect for us, everything was extremely clean and felt very safe. 10/10.

Vicino al centro città con parcheggio compreso nel prezzo a pochi passi. Struttura tutta automatica senza personale . Esperienza positiva. Unico neo la mancanza dell’ascensore se avete valigie pesanti . Camera moderna e attrezzata.

We absolutely loved our stay here. After multiple days of traveling, we felt like we could truly relax in this bright and spacious room. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We could easily walk to all of the hot spots. The owners were also very helpful and communicative. We had a walking tour on the day of our checkout and they graciously allowed us a late checkout. We want to return to Derry just to stay here again!

The host Matthew did everything possible to make our stay excellent. He helped with suggestions where to eat, what to see even sending links to view highlights of the area. Matthew assisted with refrigeration of my medication delivering it to me the next morning. The place was fresh, clean and our every need was met. Thankyou Matthew.

This was a great wee spot. It’s compact but clean and functional. We actually didn’t realise it was all self check-in /out when we booked. You don’t get to meet staff. All instructions are sent to you. Down side was that we were only provided with one large towel and two small ones and when we contacted the property we got no response. We also made them aware that the door handle was loose. Car parking was close by. Property is close to restaurants / coffee shops and city centre.
