Muy buen servicio todo el staf es muy amable y atento. Ademas de estar en una excelente locación , queda cerca de varios restaurantes y la playa. Es un excelente lugar para estar tranquilo y pasarlo bien!

In loooove con este lugar Todo el staff es súper amable y atento, las habitaciones son súper cómodas y bonitas y las áreas comunes son súper tranquilas y pacíficas. Además me encanta que todos los restaurantes bonitos de la punta están caminando del hotel Recomiendo 100% este lugar si quieres disfrutar de unas vacaciones tranquilas

Pasé unas excelentes vacaciones en este lugar. Es ideal si buscas desconectarte y relajarte en un ambiente tranquilo y muy bonito.Es un espacio muy acogedor. Definitivamente es un lugar al que volvería y que recomiendo mucho para descansar y pasarla bien

Great place to meet other travelers and having the hostel access and being able to enjoy both is great the only thing is they have no hot water and you have to ask for your room to be clean and they don’t tell you that from the get go.

Excelente lugar en La Punta para relajarte y desconectarte de la ciudad. A 5 minutos caminando de la playa, con increíble ambiente cálido y acogedor. Instalaciones limpias y en orden, disfrute muchísimo de inicio a fin. Sin duda mi lugar de confianza en Puerto

The property itself was nice at a good location. However, the bathroom we stayed in was very dirty. There was mold on the walls and it smelled horrible. The towels provided were also always dirty, never clean.

Although the accommodations themselves weren’t exactly what I expected, the staff truly made a positive difference, Renata, Paola and Karen. They were incredibly kind, reassuring, and always willing to help. They guided me through everything I needed and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Their friendliness and genuine care really stood out, and I appreciate all the support they provided. Thank you for making the experience much better!

Straw hat suites La punta tiene una excelente ubicación. Se pusieron en contacto conmigo para darme indicaciones, lo que facilitó mi estancia. La habitación es amplia, está bien decorada, la cama es súper suave para descansar. El resto de las instalaciones son muy bonitas, lo que hace un lugar ameno, la alberca amplia y el agua deliciosa. Sin duda regresaremos :)

Fue mi primera vez en Puerto Escondido y no pude haber escogido mejor lugar! La ubicación es muy buena,cerca de la calle principal donde hay muchos restaurantes y lugares para salir,me gustó que todo termina a las 11:00 entonces puedes descansar tranquilo. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y la alberca muy linda. Andrea siempre fue muy amable 😊

Terrible el lugar servicios que no funcionan, no hay agua, la caja de la raza del baño lo sirve, hay alacranes cucarachas basura abajo de las camas, el el personal no contesta por parte de expedia ni contesta. Quiero pedir atención para revisar mi estancia

Very disappointed with my staying. Room smells awful, like mold. It was an awful experience. Toilet wasn’t attached to floor, no shampoo, only two small bars of soap. Paid in cash and provided no receipt. Receptionist said it would be emailed but never came in. Would not recommend this place. It’s nothing like what’s pictured. It was a nightmare to find the place as no an actual address was ever given.
