Loved the building...comfy bed ,great views and loved that was close to Southbank,Westend..
certainly bathroom needs a clean ..grout black ,and could not stand in shower ,one small soap,no tissues.. spa didn't work, no coffee machine in room and nothing in bar fridge( except 2 waters a a few tiny milks)as advertised, had to ring management for room to be serviced ..and if there was change room ,shower downstairs where pool located...response was' thats the beauty of staying in the loft!!' ( we didn't suggest the loft , when we booked was only room available) No toilet near pool , refrigerator, near pool was not turned on (30 degree Day)....management said when we checked in toilet on floor below loft was available to use..as my husband had had a knee replacement he found the loft bathroom impossible to use...the next day all other toilets in building were key locked and couldn't be used....except to go up several flights of stairs...in particular we were at pool area both days and this was extremely in convenient ..just felt management had no idea of 'hospitality'! Only 5 rooms they lease and only 1 other guest was there the weekend.....Management certainly were not connected to guests....shame as Franklin Villa has a lot going for it ..
