Hotel Butterfly, BW Signature Collection Hotel

Excellent hotel with a very friendly and happy team!! We will definitely visit again!!!

The front desk staff is friendly, check in and check out went smoothly. The room was specious and very clean. Breakfast options are standard and there are options to choose from. We will stay there again when in Zermatt.

The Front Office Staff need to learn how to smile and be more welcoming to customers at check in. The restaurant staff on the other hand we warm, kind, jovial and knew their customers needs. The smoke alarm in the room needs to be placed at another location rather than right outside the bathroom door. After a hot shower once the bathroom door is opened the hot steam triggers the fire alarm due to which the front office staff arent able to distinguish between someone whose just come out of a hot shower or if someone is actually smoking in the room. The size of the rooms were quite adequate and the storage cupboards were quite spacious. The manag definitely needs to remove the carpets from the elevators as they give out a very foul smell. There is no luggage trolley at the reception to assist customers with their luggage and the front office staff couldn't care less if you weren't traveling light. Overall a good experience and quite economical as compared to the other hotels in Zermatt but there is a lot of scope for improvement.

We loved staying at the Hotel Butterfly while skiing in Zermatt. The staff at the reception was extremely friendly. It was our first time staying at the hotel, and they made sure we feel like at home while being far away from home. We have no doubts we will stay there next time in Zermatt.

Very close to train stations, SBB & Gornergrat. Butterfly staff so helpful and friendly. Room good size and well appointed , good beds, great breakfast.

Hotel is extremely near to Zermatt train station, and one just need to recognise McDonald's on the main road, and the hotel is located just behind it. Service was excellent, staff was helpful in both recommending nearby tourists spots and other general questions. Hotel room was okay. And rooms with balcony (like mine) will probably have some view of the quaint town and picturesque mountains of the Alpine region. Hotel breakfast was good. Eggs were done on request which I liked. No complains for this stay overall.

Cute Alpine Hotel. Great location very close to train station. Had large but room with balcony. Great breakfast and afternoon tea (we drank wine).

This hotel is the best hotel ever!!!!!!! GREAT STAFF GREAT Breakfast GREAT LOCATION!. I will go back again after COVID for sure :)
