The hotel is in a great location! The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly.

Very nice hotel in a perfect location - literally on the main market square, 5 min to Lorenzkirche (where there is a convenient metro stop), 5 min to the imperial castle and 1 min to the tourist office. There is an abundance of cafes and restaurants nearby, and even a supermarket on the same street. The rooms are renovated if on the small side, but comfortable. There was a safe for guests and a few toiletries. Nice blinds on windows and a powerful shower. No kettle, which was a shame. We didn’t try breakfast but there were two options (quick continental grab and go, or buffet). The wireless was on the very slow side, as other travellers mentioned. Overall a very nice place and I would certainly go back!

What stands out most about this hotel over others is the cleanliness! The location is wonderful, right in the heart of old town Nuremberg.

Wonderfully located hotel, very convenient to shops and the market. A modern, clean room perfect for site seeing. The parking is pricey, but I think that’s normal for the city. We didn’t have the breakfast, but heard people saying great things about it. The coffee was excellent.

The hotel is perfectly located in the square where the Christmas market took place. We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed the breakfast downstairs each morning. Make sure when you go to book here - even if your reservation says "courtside view" call ahead to asure you get a view of the square. We were pretty bummed out that we go stuck in the corner room with no view on Christmas day, but for the actual hotel location you can't beat it so just get out of the room.

Great location at the Christmas market. Amazing service, especially from servers at breakfast. The only downside was that the wifi was very intermittent.

The hotel was perfectly placed for the Christmas market,I had breakfast every morning looking out at all the fabulous stalls.The breakfast was great value and delicious,with hot and cold choices and unlimited coffee, The waiting staff were wonderful,friendly and very helpful.the room was a great size,sparkling clean ,warm and very comfortable bed, This is a great hotel.My only regret was that I could not stay longer!! I will be back soon.
