That staff were extremely helpful! They give you fresh sheets and clean towels are provided. They offer to give you cleaning whenever it’s convenient. This place is a Gem. A quiet area that is very relaxing and a great price for Miami!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Donovan hotel, but probably for reasons different than most. We were visiting family that lives in the area, but wanted a little separation, so decided to book a room nearby. The Donovan was fantastic, as was the staff there. Our room was spacious, the AC was as cold as we wanted it, and we had a full kitchen (although we didn't cook). On my way out, I left my MacBook charger, and the team at the Donovan worked with me to get it back to me. We'll certainly be back next time we're in the area!

Ideal location in the Deco district. Easy walk to park and beach area with bike and pedestrian paths. Room with separate kitchen/dining area and outside small patio area with table and chairs. Comfortable bed, clean rooms and linens. No staff on premises, easily accessible by phone/text. I would definitely recommend and stay here again if I come back to Miami.

I stayed three nights after a Miami cruise. They said they could hold my luggage until I was able to get in the room at 4:00. There isn’t an office on site, so I was lucky that a person cleaning the rooms was able to let me in the locked gate and store my luggage. The room is a basic room, with a double bed. There was a little mold around the edges of the shower floor that should be taken care of. A basic place to stay at a reasonable price for being just a block from the beach and nice park and walkway along the dunes.

Let me say the property itself has potential and you can tell where some updates have been done. It’s quite cute for couples to get away. But it needs some more updates; numbers on the locks needs to be updated making it hard to see at times, especially at night time . There is a smell of mold or something maybe oldness that has been closed tight. Some of the pavers on the walkway needs to be repaired. Also there is no person available on the property if you need assistance but someone on the internet is available and if I may say they will stay in touch with you if needed.

Room was clean. It was a basic room. Just one set of towels. I asked clean towels and I was told that I need to wash my towels. We had difficult time getting into our room on Thursday April 2nd. They sent us instructions around 2pm by Expedia app. The code we received did not work and I ended up going to the other hotel overnight because there was no actual person helping me. We arrived to the property around 11pm that night. Make sure you will arrive earlier so you are able to reach out the management team. I was not only one having difficulties with the door. The location is excellent. The free trolley stop right in front of the building. That was great.

A localização é boa, mas esse foi o único ponto positivo da estadia. Ao chegar, o quarto claramente não estava bem limpo. No banheiro havia um monte de cabelos atrás do vaso sanitário, o vaso estava sujo e o ambiente, de forma geral, transmitia uma sensação de falta de higiene. O quarto também apresentava sinais de desgaste e pouca manutenção. Outro ponto que me decepcionou foi a “cozinha americana” anunciada. Escolhi essa hospedagem justamente por filtrar acomodações com cozinha, mas, na prática, havia apenas uma geladeira e um micro-ondas. Não havia fogão nem utensílios. Também tivemos um episódio desagradável: às 7h30 da manhã o alarme de incêndio tocou por cerca de 40 minutos. Entrei em contato com a propriedade e não recebi resposta. Em nenhum momento fomos informados se era um alarme falso ou uma emergência. O hotel não possui recepção física, então não é possível receber encomendas e todo o atendimento é remoto. O quarto era muito barulhento. O ar-condicionado fazia muito ruído durante a noite, as cortinas não bloqueavam bem a luz e o chuveiro tinha pouca pressão. Além disso, o box não fechava corretamente, fazendo com que a água molhasse todo o banheiro após o banho. As toalhas também eram extremamente ásperas, pareciam lixas. No geral, a boa localização não compensou a falta de limpeza, a manutenção precária, o barulho, a comunicação deficiente e a estrutura oferecida. Não voltaria a me hospedar aqui.

Room was fine. Nothing fancy but clean and had basics for what you need. There is a coffee maker but you’ll need to bring everything to make coffee (filters, coffee, mug, etc) only regular plastic and glass cups in room. There is a mini fridge, a set of dishware, soap and sponge but only a bathroom sink. Microwave cart is what the kitchenette is. One small 2 person patio type table. No night tables. The room was spacious and had 2 good size closets. Could use a suitcase rack or two. No ice machine on property. There is a laundry but we didn’t use it. Part says on beach, it is not. Although trolley is free and you can download transit app and get around easily. Collins Loop goes all the way to South Beach 17th St.

Excelente ubicación. Está cerca a la playa y a 20 minutos en carro a zonas como Brickel, Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive, Aventura Mall. La atención es muy bueno, tuvimos varias dudas y respondieron muy rápido. La limpieza genial y la atención siempre la mejor. Tiene parqueadero que es un plus para la zona. Recomendado por su precio también
