Domus was an absolute pleasure to stay at. The staff was amazing going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. Domus was also decorated beautifully and was very quiet, the vibe is super chill throughout the hotel. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. If we ever stay in downtown Miami again, the first choice will be Domus. Highly recommend!

Super descubrimiento este edificio.Nuevo,cómodo,todo se maneja con la app. Ubicación increíble y tal cual las fotos que se muestran en la publicación. Personal muy amable. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Yo me aloje en una unidad de 1 dormitorio.Impecable. El rooftop con una piscina muy linda,con toallas y reposeras a disposición. Volvería sin lugar a dudas.

An incredible experience from start to finish. The entire team was amazing—professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell they take great pride in both the guest experience and the property itself. We arrived a little earlier than our expected check in time and the hostess was very accommodating by allowing us to enter our room rather than wait outside. At all times there were multiple representatives in the lobby to assist with any questions we had. The room was very clean and modern with all items appearing to be brand new. All staff were super friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

having a two bedroom and two bath, living room and a kitchen made it extremely comfortable experience having the terrace. Everything was immaculate and a lot of nice touches like bathroom robes 2 for each bedroom storage under beds, make up mirror. Everything was fully equipped and brand new. One thing I found missing was there was no safe in the room and we didn’t get to explore the rooftop deck was full and view, but I’ll definitely going back. We had a nice experience here.

Amazing stay at Domus Brickell Park! Everything was perfect, from the friendly, professional staff to the clean, modern, and comfortable apartment. The location is ideal, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it a great base for exploring the area. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return in the future. The only very minor downside was that there wasn’t a full-length mirror in the apartment, which would have been a nice touch. Other than that, a flawless experience!

We had a fantastic stay at Domus Brickell Park! The building is brand new and beautifully designed, with modern finishes and a very upscale feel throughout. The amenities were excellent, the rooftop pool was definitely a highlight, offering amazing views and a perfect place to relax. The service was outstanding, with a very responsive and professional team that made everything smooth from check-in to checkout. The location is also ideal, right in the heart of Brickell, with easy access to great restaurants, shops, and everything the area has to offer. Overall, a wonderful experience, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

El hotel como infraestructura es muy bueno, el personal es A1, el tema es que es un hotel que no ofrece servicios al huésped, no hay room Service, no limpian la invitación a menos que pagues un adicional. En la piscina no hay atención alguna. Es un hotel que es más un apartamento, precio valor sin esos servicios no vale la pena.

Beautiful place and I would love to come back in the future once all the kinks are worked out and the construction is actually finished. I was unaware they had only opened a week before my stay. Things in my room didn’t work, cold and hot water was mixed up, the rugs in the room shed so bad and get on everything and is very itchy. elevators went down multiple times, one day for almost 4 hours, lot of the amenities that were a selling point were unavailable. Wine bar and steam room both under construction. Lots of construction still going on during my stay one day two men came asking for entry into my room to take measurements. Also there is no privacy locks on the rooms and one staff member walked in while I was getting ready. Also there is no direct way to contact the front desk by phone in case of emergencies or a need for assistance. There is a guest services chat on the app but I am unsure if it’s always a live person as sometimes there is no answer or significant delay in response. Again very beautiful but I probably would have had a better stay had I waited to book once things were completed.
