This is good property. The room which I had was not big but had everything I needed and was very clean. The biggest issue which I have faced was the noise isolation. I could hear all talkes and every step from common areas. No AC. The hotel offers fans but the fan I had was designed for big areas so I couldn't use it as it was creating so strong flow of air that it was taken off my blanket. It has to be mentioned that the hotel offers nice breakfast

This hotel is extremely overpriced in comparison to what you can get. The location is in a good spot but if you compare it to other hotels in the area or a homeshare rental, you could way more bang for your buck. I booked this hotel on a third party website for a few days while changing apartments in the area. I passed by the hotel the day before we were supposed to checkin and asked if I could checkin early. Understandably there would be a fee. The person quoted me 50% of the rate I was paying to checkin early. No problem. I show up the day of and they charged me 50% of the RACK rate which is an absurd amount. I spoke to the manager PATY (Patricia) who is probably the worst customer service person I have ever dealt with. They knew they had me standing there with 7 bags and were going to stick it to me. Aside from that, the door locks are what you would have on a bedroom at your house. An infant could kick it open. While the building is secure in gates, the building is very open and passers by can see in your room. Also, if you only rent a 1 bedroom, the other bedroom is shared by a smaller common entrance that if the door gets shut, you don't have a key which happened to me. So, basically the other tenant is sharing an entrance to you with a bedroom style door lock. The breakfast is awful, don't be fooled by their free breakfast. This place left such a bad taste in my mouth. This is not an international catered style hotel. You can do way better. STAY AWAY.

Hotel is well located and spacious. It is quite noisy inside due to the small atrium and location of the reception propagates every sound.

Good location. Walking distance to restaurants. Great breakfast and nice little gym.

Bien a secas. Faltaba una cortina en la habitacion por lo que la luz del sol me despertó muy temprano. Muebles un tanto cansados ya.

This hotel is a little bit older, but it's very well maintained. And, the front desk service is exceptional! Extremely wonderful service... And the hotel is extremely clean. It's located in an excellent part of Polanco, and is walking distance from amazing shopping and restaurants.

No AC or fans. Rooms were so hot couldn’t sleep. Not enough staff
