Hello,
There was no communication between the host and myself before or during the stay. When we arrived at the rental, there was no electricity at check-in, and the property remained without power for two full days.
Because the unit was not in a livable condition, I had to secure a backup hotel at my own expense. There was also no information or guidance on how to communicate needs or get assistance during the stay.
Given that the rental was unusable for a significant portion of the reservation and I incurred additional costs, I am requesting a full refund for the nights without electricity and reimbursement for the hotel expenses.
