Perfect spot to stop and get a nice rest on our vacation road trip! Super clean throughout the hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful and extremely friendly! I will stay at a TRU again.

The hotel was great! Everything was new and fresh. The rooms were very clean and the staff was great! The free breakfast was an added bonus. We will definitely stay there again!!

新しいホテル。 minimalな作りで良いのですが一つだけ。 ゴミ箱はバスルームに一つ、寝室に一つ合計2つ欲しいです。 寝室のゴミはその辺においてためてからバスルームに捨てていました。

I stayed in Valentine’s Day and checked out the next day they held 132 on my car for incidentals and never received my funds back. Called and spoke with Cynthia and she was no help even rude it’s been a month now I still don’t have my money refunded. They are keeping peoples incidental fees don’t stay

Hilton's system was down WORLDWIDE, and I could not check into my room for over three hours. The room wasn't properly cleaned. There was a greasy foreign substance on one of the nightstands, and a ring from a glass/cup on the other. Clearly the surfaces had not been wiped down. The breakfast wasn't worth what I had to pay for it...and it was free. This the second and last time I will stay at a Tru by Hilton. I stayed at one in Lafayette, LA and had a similarly miserable experience. The one positive is that the staff was friendly, at least.

I checked in a little after 11 pm. The room we were placed in wasn’t cleaned from the previous guest’s stay. The bed was not made up, dirty towels on the bathroom floor and trash in the room. I notified the front desk clerk who was walking past the room. She said that she would get it handled. 30 mins goes past and we still hadn’t been placed in another room. Called to the front desk, she said she had a customer in front of her. Finally, 20 mins later, she called and stated that she had another room available. We don’t get settled into the new room until after 1 am. Housekeeping was knocking on the door at 10 am, checkout is at 11 am. I told them to give me an min to get myself together, they were knocking again 15 mins later, no exaggeration. Other than that, the hotel is very nice. The breakfast was good.

Because of crazy weather conditions in the south my work travel plans got changed last week. I called Expedia first and they told me to call the hotel. I spoke with someone at the hotel and said I would be in for one night instead of tonight. After a seven minute wait on hold and me calling back Only for the attendant to tell me she forgot I was on hold, she told me she may be adjustment and I would have no problem chipping in on Thursday night instead of Wednesday. I hung up the phone but having dealt with Expedia before and hotels I didn’t feel completely comfortable. I’m not blaming Expedia but I know from a hotel perspective that they’re limited in what they can do when it’s a third-party reservation. But the girl gave me her name and I felt confident that it was OK. Here comes Thursday night after a full day of travel a flat tire along the road a tire alignment and a long day of work I arrive at the hotel only to find out I don’t have a reservation. So now not only have I paid for tonight but now I’m paying for one again. The attendant that was working the desk was horrible. She was rude and even when I told her who I spoke to the day before, she said well you don’t have a reservation. I provided my confirmation number and she said oh that was canceled. I said was a refund refunded she told me she didn’t know but it wasn’t. I understand the cancellation policy but I also understand whether prohibited travel and concessions have to be made

Check-in was easy and Kenetra was very helpful with information of the hotel. Breakfast was good and the staff were very polite and stayed on top of keeping everything filled and fresh. Hotel and room were clean. Love the pool table in the lobby. My son and husband enjoyed playing a few games before we headed out.
