Two rooms were clean when we arrived.
Refrigerators were big enough to put more drink and food from mini-mart (7-11) about 200 meters from the hotel.
Breakfast on the open area of the 5th floor were nice and enjoyable while watching sea view and water activities.
Internet, TV, air-conditioner were working fine.
I didn't have problem with sleeping while people outside were making noise because of 500 meters walk to night market and pub/bar, but people who need to sleep at silent or quiet place were not recommended.
Parking area was available around 1/8 of the total which was not convenient, but the problem was replaceable with the location which was in walking distance between hotel and day & night activities.
The major problem seemed to be 2 non-smoking rooms were booked for me and my friends. However, there were some leftover smell of cigarette along with a damaged hole on a sofa in front of TV in one room, so taking pictures on arrival for all angles of the room and previous damaged items were needed.
The problem with previous smoking smell on a non-smoking room was solve in a minute when reporting to the front desk with flower spray.
Two tables counter for Two people in each room were reasonable, but only one chair was available.
All keys had to be left at the counter when going out even when we just checked-in and walk out to the night market 500 meters from the hotel.
