Ideal close to the trainstation and city centre. The hotel is pretty standard what you expect from a hotel chain. Pre fabricated rooms whitout much charm. But a comfortable clean bed en shower.

There was a big problem with parking. The place where the staff told me I could park was in fact forbidden to park and I got a parking ticket of more than 60 euros.

Excellent basic hotel to stay in whilst visiting Leiden. Great location and friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and have large comfy beds. Highly recommended.

Clean and quiet, very convenient public transport. The only pity is that there is no water kettle inside the room.

Fantastic simple hotel near Leiden central station

One of my best hotel experiences ever! Not for luxury, but mainly for the lovely and kind staff. The location is great, the rooms are comfortable and my only complaints are really minor ones: the card keys often became demagnetized and the rooms could use amenities like fridges and coat-hooks. Thank you, Mr. J., Ta, Sh, Es, Th, etc.

We liked this hotel when we stayed there before. We are disappointed that this hotel refused to refund our money when our whole trip, flights and cruise got cancelled due to the Corona virus. We will not recommend this hotel to our friends again. So we feel their customer relations leaves a lot to be desired, nor are we likely to stay there ourselves when we can travel after the virus is done.

Stayed here a few times now and never had any complaints. The hotel again looked absolutely lovely for Christmas as it did last year too, with trees, decorations and poinsettias. Staff are friendly and the hotel is quiet and clean. It's in a great location and takes only 5 mins to walk to the centre. It's above Aldi and Kruidvat stores which is very convenient and there's a Starbucks across the road at the train station. All rooms have air conditioning and the beds are huge and super-comfy. Highly recommended and I'll be returning again soon.
